Welcome to our Greater London hub. We’re a Hayes-based mobile DJ and photo booth company covering all of Greater London — from our home turf in the historic Middlesex suburbs (Hayes, Uxbridge, Ruislip, Harrow, Pinner, Stanmore, Wembley) through to inner West London (Chiswick, Acton, Ealing, Hammersmith, Shepherd’s Bush, Holland Park, Notting Hill, Kensington, Bayswater) and the Thames-side stretch (Twickenham, Hampton, Teddington, Brentford). Because we’re 25 minutes from central London via the M4 / A40 / M25, there’s no travel surcharge on quotes within our standard catchment.
This page is the quick route to working out which areas we cover and which services suit your venue. Below: the towns and neighbourhoods we cover, the Greater London venues we cover, the postcodes we serve, and practical notes about parking, sound limits and timings.
Areas of Greater London we cover
Greater London is a big patch — here are the areas we work in most often, grouped by character so you can find your patch quickly.
North-West London & historic Middlesex suburbs
Our home base in Hayes (UB4) puts us minutes from the western and north-western boroughs. We cover Hayes (UB3, UB4), Uxbridge (UB8–UB11), Ruislip (HA4, HA6), Harrow (HA1–HA3), Pinner (HA5), Hatch End (HA5), Stanmore (HA7), Wembley (HA9, HA0), Greenford, Northolt, West Drayton (UB7) and the Heathrow strip hotels. These are our most-booked patches — corporate hospitality near Heathrow, large Asian weddings at hotel ballrooms, milestone birthdays and family parties.
West London (W-postcodes)
The W-postcode strip is busy with townhouse parties, members’-club events and creative-industry corporate gigs. We cover Chiswick (W4), Acton (W3), Ealing (W5, W7, W13), Hammersmith (W6), Shepherd’s Bush (W12), Holland Park (W14), Notting Hill (W11), Kensington (W8), Bayswater (W2), Maida Vale (W9), plus Brentford (TW8) just over the river.
South-West London / Thames-side
The Thames-side stretch from Brentford through to Hampton Court is full of historic-venue weddings, riverside hotel events and Sunday-best birthday parties. We cover Twickenham (TW1, TW2), Hounslow (TW3, TW4, TW5), Feltham (TW13, TW14), Hampton (TW12), Teddington (TW11), Richmond (TW9) and Sunbury-on-Thames (TW16).

What makes Greater London bookings different to plan for
Greater London is a city of contrasts — historic palaces with strict sound rules (Hampton Court, Holland Park, Kew), modern hotel ballrooms with international guest lists (Heathrow strip, Bayswater, Wembley), Victorian townhouses with narrow stairwells (Chiswick, Notting Hill), and stadium hospitality suites with their own production teams (Wembley, Twickenham). These are the venues we will plan around. The playlist matters, but so does planning around peak guest-movement hours at hotels, and choosing rigs that suit narrow stairwells and Victorian rooms.
Frequently asked questions
Do you charge a London congestion or travel surcharge?
No. Our Hayes base is outside the Congestion Charge and ULEZ-charge zones for our vehicles, and most of Greater London is well within our standard 25-mile no-surcharge radius. The quote you see is the quote you pay.
Can you handle decibel-limited venues?
Yes. We bring our own SPL meter, plan the build so peak volume hits between 9pm and 10pm, and never blast straight in. We’ve worked decibel-limited venues across the city for years.
Are you insured?
Yes — £5m public liability and PAT-tested kit. We send certificates to your venue on request.
Can you set up in a townhouse with no garden access?
Yes — we use compact rigs with low-profile sub-bass that fit through a standard front door, and we pad floors where needed. Chiswick, Notting Hill, Hammersmith and Kensington townhouses are very common bookings.
How far ahead should I book a summer Saturday in Greater London?
For June–September weddings, 9–12 months ahead is normal. For 40ths, 50ths and corporate events, 3–6 months ahead gives you the widest pick. Last-minute is sometimes possible — message us and we’ll be honest about availability.
