We’re based in Hayes — roughly a 20-minute hop via A4090 via Sudbury — so travel within this catchment is included in every quote. Anything further afield (extra distance into Middlesex or beyond) is priced transparently up front rather than added later.
What’s included in a typical Wembley party package?
All packages start with a professional DJ, a sound system scaled to the room, dance-floor lighting and a full set of backup gear on the night. Higher tiers layer in photo booths, 4ft light-up letters, venue uplighting (especially useful in larger Middlesex function rooms with high ceilings), LED dance-floor tiles, and our audio guestbook (included only with the Diamond wedding package). The rig is sized to fit — a 60-guest gathering in a smaller Wembley venue needs different kit than a 200-guest reception at one of the bigger venues in the area, and the package scales to match.
