1How tall are your light-up letters and numbers?

All standard letters and numbers are 4ft tall — enough to make a real visual impact at any event without dominating smaller rooms. Light-up hearts come in either 3ft or 4ft sizes.

2Can I order custom words or initials?

Yes — we have a wide letter set so we can spell out custom words like “DANCE”, “PARTY”, your initials, or themed phrases like “BOY?”/“GIRL?” for gender reveals. Just tell us what you need when you enquire.

3Do you set them up?

Yes — our team delivers, sets up at your chosen position, and collects at the end. You don’t need to do a thing. We’ll work with your venue to make sure access and timing fit their requirements.

4Can the letters go outside?

Yes, weather permitting. The letters work fine outdoors when it’s dry, but we don’t recommend leaving them in heavy rain. We’ll discuss outdoor placement and have a backup plan in case the weather turns.

5Can I match them to my colour scheme?

The letters themselves have a clean white finish that suits any theme — rustic, glam, modern or minimal. For colour you can pair them with a sequin wall backdrop (gold, silver or pink) to add coordination.

6Do you bundle light-up letters with other services?

Yes — our Party Packages bundle light-up letters/numbers with disco, photo booth, and dance floor at our best prices. You can also add letters to any disco or photo booth booking individually.

7How far in advance should I book?

For Saturday weddings and summer dates we recommend booking 6–12 months ahead. School proms tend to book in spring for the leavers’ season. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — worth asking even if your date is close.

8What areas do you cover?

We’re Hayes-based and travel widely. Standard catchment covers Greater London plus Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Surrey and Bedfordshire — see our Areas We Cover page for details. Other areas considered on request.

9Do you offer sequin wall backdrops?

Yes — sequin wall backdrops are available in four colours: gold, silver, pink and blue. Choose 7ft × 7ft or 8ft × 8ft, both free-standing, and pair them with a letter or number set behind your top table, dance floor or photo opportunity.

10Can I add a sequin wall to my booking?

Yes — sequin walls can be added on their own or as part of a package alongside light-up letters, numbers, hearts and our DJ or photo booth services. Tell us your venue and event date in the contact form and we will price the bundle for you.
