1Can I add or remove items from a package?
Absolutely — packages are starting points, not fixed shopping lists. Once you tell us what you want, we’ll tailor the package to your event, venue and guest count. Custom is also a fully bespoke option.
2Do all packages include the disco/DJ?
Yes — every Bronze through Diamond package includes our Premium Disco service as standard. The packages then layer photo booths, light-up extras and lighting on top.
3Which package is best for a wedding?
Most weddings choose Gold, Platinum or Diamond — they bundle the photo booth (a wedding favourite), the light-up 'LOVE' letters, and the starlit dance floor for first-dance moments. Diamond is the full set.
4Which package is best for a milestone birthday?
Bronze, Gold or Diamond. Bronze gives you the disco plus light-up numbers (e.g. "50"); Gold adds a photo booth; Diamond covers everything. Tell us the age and we’ll suggest the best fit.
5Can I swap a Magic Mirror for a 360 booth in any package?
Yes — every package that includes a photo booth lets you choose the type at no extra cost: Classic Photo Booth, Magic Mirror, Selfie Pod or 360 Booth. Pick the one that suits your guests and venue best.
6Do packages include setup, breakdown and travel?
Yes. Setup, breakdown and travel within our standard service area are included — the playing time you book is purely event time. For venues outside our usual coverage, we’ll quote any travel separately when you enquire.
7How do I book a package?
Use our quote form on the contact page or call us on 03335 777 470. Pick your preferred package or Custom, tell us your date and venue, and we’ll send a tailored quote within 24 hours.
8Are you fully insured for venue requirements?
Yes — we carry £10m Public Liability Insurance and all equipment is PAT-tested annually. Most venues will ask for these and we can supply both certificates from the Certificates page.
