1What’s the difference between the five packages?
Every package starts with our Premium Disco service. Bronze adds light-up letters and mood lighting; Silver swaps in a photo booth instead; Gold combines disco, photo booth and light-up letters with mood lighting (our best all-round value); Platinum adds an LED dance floor and extended lighting; Diamond includes everything plus an audio guestbook.
2Can I mix and match services across packages?
Yes. The packages are a starting point — every booking is tailored to your venue, guest count and timing. If you want, say, the Gold package plus Platinum’s LED dance floor, we’ll put together a custom quote so you only pay for the elements you actually want.
3How far in advance should I book a package?
Most clients book 3–9 months ahead, with weddings often locked in 9–12+ months out. Saturday weekend dates fill up first. If your event is sooner, get in touch — we sometimes have last-minute availability for off-peak nights.
4Is delivery and setup included in the package price?
Yes. All packages include arrival, setup, pack-down and travel within our standard service area (Hayes/UB-postcodes, plus all our listed Areas We Cover). For events further afield we’ll quote travel separately.
5Do all packages include the same DJ?
All packages include our Premium Disco service — a professional DJ, premium PA, lighting and your Personal Planner where you build your playlist and must-play/do-not-play lists. The DJ rig is the same across all five tiers; what changes is the photo booth, light-up letters, dance floor and lighting extras around it.
6Are you fully insured and PAT-tested?
Yes — we carry £5m public liability insurance and current PAT certificates on every piece of equipment. Most venues will ask to see both before booking, and we can supply them direct to your venue’s events team within an hour during office hours.
7What if I’m not sure which package suits my event?
Drop us a line at [email protected] or use the quote form with your venue, date and rough guest count. We’ll come back with a recommendation — including a custom bundle if none of the five standard tiers is quite right.
