The five tiers are starting points, not rigid menus. When you enquire, tell us the venue (Royal Berkshire Hotel? Wokefield Estate? Madejski Stadium? a Caversham townhouse?), the guest count and the timings, and we’ll suggest the tier that best fits the space and the night — and tweak the line items where it makes sense. Magic Mirror is the wrong fit for a 50-person Caversham townhouse; a 360 Booth is the wrong fit if your Wokefield Estate marquee bay is already tight.

What’s included as standard with every Reading package
Setup and breakdown time outside the “live” hours (you don’t pay for our build), £5m public liability insurance, PAT-tested equipment, our DJ and attendants for the duration, all consumables (printer paper, props, batteries), and pre-event planning calls. Some Reading venues will ask for a copy of our insurance certificate — we send it on request.

Can I customise a package — drop the booth, add a different item?
Yes. The five tiers are starting points. Tell us what you want to swap and we’ll re-price. Most Reading bookings get tweaked at least once.
What’s the deposit and payment structure?
A non-refundable deposit at booking secures the date, with the balance due 14 days before the event. Bank transfer or card payment both work — we’ll send the exact amount with your quote.
Do you cover Reading suburbs and surrounding villages?
Yes — Caversham, Earley, Woodley, Tilehurst, Burghfield, Wargrave, Sonning, Twyford and Pangbourne are all within the no-surcharge zone.
