Do you cover wedding venues in Uxbridge?
Yes — we’re regular wedding DJs across the full Uxbridge area: town-centre licensed venues and pubs (UB8), country-house and manor venues just over the Denham border (UB9), Hillingdon and Ickenham private halls and golf clubs (UB10), and the larger Heathrow-area hotels around Stockley Park (UB11). We know the road network in and out — the A4020 from Hayes, the A40 link to West London, and which venues need extra time for load-in. Travel within this catchment is included in every quote.
How early should we book a wedding DJ in Uxbridge?
For peak Saturdays at the bigger Hillingdon-area hotels and the country-house venues near Denham, most couples book 9–18 months ahead — and the busiest weekends in June, July, August and December often go even earlier. Off-peak dates (mid-week, January–February, Sundays) frequently have shorter-notice availability and can sometimes be picked up inside the same quarter. We only hold one wedding booking per date, so once yours is in the diary it’s yours.
Can you handle ceremony, drinks, dinner and evening in Uxbridge?
Yes — every wedding booking can cover the whole day if you want it to. Tasteful background music or a small PA for the ceremony (acoustic, classical or your own playlist), warm vocal-led tracks during drinks and dinner, mic support for speeches, then a proper evening disco from first dance through to last orders. For venues with a strict 11pm music cut-off — common at residential Hillingdon council venues — we structure the evening to peak earlier; for licensed hotels we’ll usually run right through to the end of the license.

1How far in advance should we book a wedding DJ?
Most couples book 9–18 months ahead, especially for Saturday weddings in summer. We’ll happily provisionally hold a date while you decide. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — always worth asking.
2Do you take requests on the night?
Absolutely. Live requests are part of the fun and we encourage them. Through your Personal Planner you can also pre-build a must-play list, a do-not-play list, and special-moment cues before the day, and we’ll prioritise everything in your brief.
3Can you cover ceremony, reception and evening party?
Yes — we offer a full-day package covering ceremony music, drinks reception background, speeches PA, first dance, and evening disco. We coordinate timings with your venue, photographer and planner so everything flows seamlessly.
4Do you provide microphones for speeches?
Yes — wireless microphones are included as standard for both Classic and Premium services. We’ll do a sound check beforehand, set sound levels for the room, and have a backup mic ready in case anything goes wrong.
5Can you handle event hosting?
Yes — our DJs are experienced wedding hosts. We’ll announce the wedding party arrival, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss and any other key moments. We’ll talk through the running order with you in advance so everything happens on cue.
6What if our venue has a sound limiter?
We work with sound limiters regularly. Tell us about any restrictions when you book and we’ll calibrate the PA to stay within limits while keeping sound clean and the dance floor energetic.
