We’re a Hayes-based mobile DJ and photo booth company with deep roots across West London — Chiswick, Acton, Ealing, Hammersmith, Shepherd’s Bush, Holland Park, Kensington, Notting Hill, Bayswater and the riverside village strip down to Brentford. Most weeks we’re set up somewhere along the W4 / W5 / W6 / W11 / W12 corridor: a 40th in a Chiswick townhouse, a wedding in the Holland Park Orangery, a corporate launch at a Hammersmith hotel, a christening in a Brentford riverside pub. Because we’re 25 minutes away in Hayes, there’s no inner-London travel surcharge, no congestion-charge mark-up, and we know which load-in routes work for which venue.
If you’re planning a wedding, a milestone birthday, a corporate event or a private party anywhere west of central London, this page is the quickest route to working out what’s right for you. Below: the towns and neighbourhoods we cover, the West London venues we know inside-out, the postcodes we serve, and a few practical notes about parking, sound limits and timings that catch people out.
West London towns & neighbourhoods we cover
Chiswick (W4)
River frontage, Chiswick House & Gardens, the High Road. Weddings at Chiswick House Cake House, milestone birthdays in townhouses off Bedford Park.
Acton (W3)
Acton Town Hall, the Vale, Acton Park. Christenings, big family birthdays and Eid celebrations — usually room for a full DJ rig plus a Magic Mirror photo booth.
Ealing (W5, W13)
Pitshanger, Ealing Broadway, Northfields. We run our most-booked town pages for Ealing — see the dedicated DJ Hire in Ealing and Photo Booth Hire in Ealing pages for full details.
Hammersmith (W6)
Apollo, Riverside Studios, Lyric. Corporate after-parties, wedding receptions at riverside venues, club-style 40ths with a proper PA and disco lighting.

Westfield, the Bush Theatre, BBC TV Centre. Hotel ballroom weddings at K West, corporate events at Television Centre — we know the loading docks and time windows.
Notting Hill (W11)

Holland Park (W14)
The Orangery, Belvedere, Design Museum. Garden weddings, summer corporate dinners. The Orangery in particular has a sound limit at 11pm — we plan the run-sheet around it.

High Street Kensington, Kensington Gardens, the museums. Embassy parties, hotel functions at the Royal Garden Hotel and Milestone, private dinners on Phillimore Gardens.
Bayswater (W2) & Paddington (W2)
Hyde Park north side, Lancaster Gate, Queensway. Hotel weddings at the Royal Lancaster, Hilton London Paddington and Hyde Park hotels — fast load-in via service lifts, every time.
Brentford (TW8)
Gtech Stadium, Boatman’s, riverside pubs along the Grand Union. Brentford FC fan events, riverside weddings and big birthday parties on the towpath strip.
Maida Vale & Westbourne Park (W9)
Little Venice canals, Maida Hill. Boutique hotel events, canal-side weddings, garden parties — close enough to feel central, far enough to dodge inner-London surcharges.
Earl’s Court & West Brompton (SW5/SW10)
On the edge of West London — exhibition halls, hotel weddings, big private parties. We cover this strip even though it’s technically a Kensington & Chelsea postcode.

What makes West London different to plan for
West London weddings, birthdays and corporate events have a particular rhythm. Venues are often historic (Holland Park, Chiswick House, Kew) with strict sound limits and outdoor noise rules. Townhouses in Chiswick, Notting Hill and Holland Park need compact rigs that look smart and fit through narrow stairwells. Hotels in Bayswater, Kensington and Hammersmith have tight load-in windows around regular guest movements. We’ve done all of it for years — the playlist matters, but so does knowing which entrance to use at the Royal Garden Hotel at 5pm on a Saturday, and which Holland Park warden to call about the Orangery PA cut-off.
If you’d like a quote, a venue recommendation, or just a chat about what would work for your night, the contact page below is the fastest way — we usually reply same-day.

Frequently asked questions
Do you charge a London congestion or travel surcharge?
No. Our base in Hayes is outside the Congestion Charge and ULEZ-charge zones for our vehicles, and West London is well within our standard 25-mile no-surcharge radius. The quote you see is the quote you pay.
Can you handle the strict sound limits at venues like Holland Park Orangery or Kew Gardens?
Yes — these venues either run a decibel-limiter on the mains or have a contractual cut-off time. We bring our own SPL meter, run the build at sensible peak levels, and structure the set so the loudest songs land in the 9pm–10pm window. We’ve worked with both in the past.
What’s the difference between booking the West London hub and the Middlesex hub?
Same team, same kit, same pricing — the hubs just help you and Google understand where we work. If your event is in a W-postcode (Chiswick, Acton, Ealing, Hammersmith, Holland Park etc.) the West London page is for you. If it’s in Hayes, Uxbridge, Ruislip, Harrow, Pinner, Wembley or Hounslow, the Middlesex page is the one.
Can you set up in a townhouse with no garden access?
Yes — we use compact rigs with low-profile sub-bass that fit through a standard front door, and we pad floors and walls where the venue or homeowner needs it. Acton, Chiswick, Hammersmith and Notting Hill townhouses are very common bookings for us.
Is parking included in the price?
On residential streets we factor in suspended-bay or visitor-permit costs when you tell us the postcode at booking. At Westfield, Television Centre, BAFTA and most large hotels there’s a goods/loading bay we use during build-up and pack-down. No surprise charges.
How far ahead should I book a Saturday in summer?
For West London weddings in June–September, 9–12 months ahead is normal. For 40ths, 50ths and corporate events, 3–6 months ahead gives you the widest pick of Magic Mirror, 360 booth and DJ packages. Last-minute is sometimes possible — message us and we’ll be honest about availability.
