What’s included as standard
Setup and breakdown time outside the “live” hours (you don’t pay for our build), £5m public liability insurance, PAT-tested equipment, our DJ and attendants for the duration, all consumables (printer paper, props, batteries), and pre-event planning calls.

A non-refundable deposit at booking secures the date, with the balance due 14 days before the event.

Yes — all postcodes in the KT17, KT18, KT19 range and adjacent areas are within our no-surcharge zone.
