1How much will it cost me to call 03335 777 470?
03 numbers are the same price to call as 01 or 02 landlines, including from mobiles. They’re typically included in your inclusive minutes if you have them.
2How long does it take you to set up?
Setup time varies depending on which package you’ve booked and the venue. Standard setups take around an hour, premium setups around 90 minutes. We’ll discuss timings during booking and always arrive in plenty of time.
3What type of music do you play?
Our DJs have a vast catalogue covering rock, pop, reggae, garage, club classics, 60s through to current chart hits. You’ll get access to a secure Event Planner where you can build your own playlist, add songs manually, or import from Spotify. We welcome live requests too.
4How far do you travel?
We’re Hayes-based (Greater London / Hillingdon) and cover all surrounding areas with no travel surcharge within 30 miles. Beyond that we’re happy to travel — any travel fees would be itemised in your quotation.
5How much do you cost?
There are many variables — venue, hours, services, season. The best way to get an accurate quote is to fill in our enquiry form on the contact page with your details. We’ll come back within 24 hours.
6Can we see you perform before booking?
Most of our events are private weddings, birthdays and corporate parties, so live viewings aren’t usually possible. We’d encourage you to read our testimonials instead — we book primarily through recommendation and repeat custom.
7How can I pay by credit/debit card?
Card payments are made through your secure Event Planner. Once your booking is confirmed, send us a message and we’ll activate card payments on your account. We also accept bank transfer.
8Are you fully insured and PAT-tested?
Yes — £10m public liability cover and current PAT certificates available on request from our Certificates page.
