For Ascot events that means one team, one van, one invoice. We offer five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — all available across SL5 and surrounding postcodes.

Platinum
Premium Disco + photo booth + light-up letters/numbers + LED dance floor options. For larger events.
Diamond

What’s included as standard
Setup and breakdown time outside the “live” hours (you don’t pay for our build), £5m public liability insurance, PAT-tested equipment, our DJ and attendants for the duration, all consumables (printer paper, props, batteries), and pre-event planning calls.

What’s the deposit and payment structure?
A non-refundable deposit at booking secures the date, with the balance due 14 days before the event.
Do you cover Ascot’s surrounding villages?
Yes — all postcodes in the SL5 range and adjacent areas are within our no-surcharge zone.
Which tier is most-booked for Ascot weddings?
Gold is the most popular all-round bundle — disco, booth, light-up letters and mood lighting fits a typical 80–150 guest wedding well.
