You get a professional DJ for the duration you book, a premium PA system appropriate to the room size, wireless microphones for speeches, dance-floor lighting, and pre-event planning calls so the playlist reflects what you actually want. For weddings we handle the introductions, first-dance run-up and timing cues for cake-cuts or bouquet tosses if you’d like.

Local notes

Ascot venues are predominantly high-end, with strict sound limits and tight timing run-sheets. We plan our DJ sets around venue-installed decibel limiters and the contractual cut-off times that come with country-estate venues. During Royal Ascot week (June), demand and parking are tighter — book well ahead.

Do you charge extra for a Ascot event given the distance from Hayes?

No. Ascot is well within our 25-mile no-surcharge radius — typically 30 minutes via the M4 / A329(M) from our Hayes base.

Can you handle decibel-limited venues?

Yes — we bring an SPL meter and plan the set so peak volume stays within the venue’s threshold. We’ve worked with limited-mains venues before.

How far ahead should I book a summer Saturday in Ascot?

For June–September weddings, 8–12 months ahead is normal. For milestone birthdays and corporate parties, 3–6 months is plenty.
