Can I book a Party Package for an event in Reading?
Yes — all five packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) cover the full Reading catchment, taking in Caversham, Tilehurst and Earley (RG1, RG2, RG4, RG6, RG30, RG31). We’re based in Hayes — roughly a 45-minute hop via M4 westbound to junction 11/12 — so travel within this catchment is included in every quote. Anything further afield (extra distance into Berkshire or beyond) is priced transparently up front rather than added later.
What’s included in a typical Reading party package?
Every package includes a professional DJ, a sound system scaled to the room, dance-floor lighting and a full set of backup gear on the night. Higher tiers layer in photo booths, 4ft light-up letters, venue uplighting (especially useful in larger Berkshire function rooms with high ceilings), LED dance-floor tiles, and our audio guestbook (included only with the Diamond wedding package). The rig is sized to fit — a 60-guest gathering in a smaller Reading venue needs different kit than a 200-guest reception at one of the bigger venues in the area, and the package scales to match.
