Music and presentation

No two wedding receptions have the same guests or the same rhythm. We plan the important cues, first dance, requests and do-not-play choices with you, then adapt the evening around the people actually on the floor.

Your questions answered

Wedding DJ & Entertainment in Reading, Berkshire — FAQs

Do you cover wedding venues in Reading?

Yes — we provide wedding DJ services across the Reading area, covering Caversham, Tilehurst and Earley (RG1, RG2, RG4, RG6, RG30, RG31) and the wider Berkshire catchment. We know the road network — M4 westbound to junction 11/12 from Hayes is our usual route in — and which venues need extra time for load-in. Travel within this catchment is included in every quote.

How early should we book a wedding DJ in Reading?

For peak Saturdays at the bigger Berkshire hotels and country-house venues near Reading, most couples book 9–18 months ahead — and the busiest weekends in June, July, August and December often go even earlier. Off-peak dates (mid-week, January–February, Sundays) frequently have shorter-notice availability and can sometimes be picked up inside the same quarter. We only hold one wedding booking per date, so once yours is in the diary it’s yours.

Can you handle ceremony, drinks, dinner and evening in Reading?

Yes — every wedding booking can cover the whole day if you want it to. Tasteful background music or a small PA for the ceremony (acoustic, classical or your own playlist), warm vocal-led tracks during drinks and dinner, mic support for speeches, then a proper evening disco from first dance through to last orders. For venues with a strict music cut-off — common at residential and council-run venues across Berkshire — we structure the evening to peak earlier; for licensed hotels we’ll usually run right through to the end of the license.
