About Pembroke Lodge

Pembroke Lodge is a Georgian mansion set high in Richmond Park with some of the finest views in London. Weddings use the purpose-built Belvedere — a starlight-ceilinged room with its own PA and mood lighting and a private terrace over the Thames Valley — seating up to 140 for the wedding breakfast and 200 in the evening, with the smaller Russell Suite for more intimate days.

Disctilldawn has performed at Pembroke Lodge on multiple occasions and is familiar with the venue layout, the on-site team and the practical challenges of running an evening party there. That means quicker setup, better sound design for the rooms, and fewer last-minute surprises on the night.

DJ Setup at Pembroke Lodge

The Belvedere is built for celebrations, with a starlight ceiling and integrated PA and lighting we can dovetail with rather than duplicate, so the room stays uncluttered. We coordinate access through Richmond Park and the lodge with the events team, work tidily within the room’s setup, and build the evening around the dance floor with the terrace doors as a natural breakout.

Insurance, PAT certificates, and detailed risk assessments are all on file with the venue's preferred-supplier list — meaning no last-minute paperwork chasing on your end.
