About Botleys Mansion

Botleys Mansion is a Palladian country house near Chertsey in Surrey, hired exclusively for 24 hours with on-site accommodation. Its showpiece is the glass-roofed Atrium — a striking staircase and seven chandeliers — holding up to 288 for the ceremony and up to 500 in the evening, with the intimate, chandelier-lit Green Room (up to 130) for smaller celebrations.

Disctilldawn has performed at Botleys Mansion on multiple occasions and is familiar with the venue layout, the on-site team and the practical challenges of running an evening party there. That means quicker setup, better sound design for the rooms, and fewer last-minute surprises on the night.

The glass-roofed Atrium is a big, dramatic, reflective space, so we scale and tune the system to fill it cleanly and use lighting to bring warmth in as the evening draws on. We plan load-in and the 24-hour run with the Botleys team, dress the rig to match the grand staircase backdrop, and build the night around a central dance floor.

Insurance, PAT certificates, and detailed risk assessments are all on file with the venue's preferred-supplier list — meaning no last-minute paperwork chasing on your end.
