1How does the Audio Guestbook work?
Guests simply pick up the vintage-style telephone receiver, listen to a short prompt, and leave their message at the beep. We collect every recording and deliver them to you in a polished audio compilation after the event.
2Where does it go in the venue?
Most clients place the Audio Guestbook near the entrance, by the bar, or close to the photo booth so guests notice it as they mingle. We’ll work with your venue and floor plan to find the best spot — it needs a small table footprint and a power socket within reach.
3How long are the recordings?
There’s no fixed limit — most guests leave 30–60 seconds. Some go shorter, some longer. Every message is captured cleanly and included in your final compilation.
4When do I receive the recordings?
You’ll receive a digital download of all the recordings, professionally edited into a single playable file, within 7–10 days of your event. We can also provide a USB drive on request.
5Is it just for weddings?
Audio Guestbook is most popular for weddings, but it works beautifully for milestone birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties, and even corporate events where you want to capture authentic feedback or stories.
6Do you provide an attendant?
The Audio Guestbook is designed to be self-service — guests find it easy and intuitive. We set it up before guests arrive, run a sound check, and collect at the end. If you’d like a dedicated attendant, just ask when you book.
7Is it included in any of your packages?
Yes — the Audio Guestbook is free with our Wedding Diamond Package. It’s also available as a standalone hire or as an optional add-on to other Party Packages, our Disco Hire, or any photo booth booking.
